Braze offers permanent jewelry services, boutique products, private parties, bridal services, pop-ups, and other events.
Services, products, materials, chains, charms, appointment times, and availability may change.
Displaying a product or service on this website does not guarantee that it will be available at a particular appointment or event.
We make reasonable efforts to accurately display our current offerings, descriptions, and pricing.
appointments
Appointments are subject to availability and should be booked through the designated booking platform whenever possible.
A typical single bracelet application takes approximately 5–7 minutes, although appointments may take longer depending on the number of pieces selected, jewelry selection, fitting, or other circumstances.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when making a booking.
permanent jewelry
Permanent jewelry is custom fitted and welded closed without a traditional clasp.
Although commonly referred to as “permanent,” the jewelry is not indestructible and is not intended to remain attached under all circumstances.
Jewelry may stretch, break, tarnish, oxidize, become damaged, or require removal depending on wear, lifestyle, materials, chemicals, snagging, medical procedures, or other circumstances.
The connection point is intentionally designed so jewelry can separate when sufficient force is applied, which may help reduce the risk of injury if the jewelry becomes caught or snagged.
removal + medical considerations
Permanent jewelry can be removed by carefully cutting the connecting jump ring with an appropriate cutting tool.
Customers are responsible for determining whether permanent jewelry is appropriate for their individual circumstances.
Certain medical procedures, imaging, surgery, pregnancy-related swelling, occupational requirements, athletic activities, or other situations may require jewelry to be removed.
Braze does not provide medical advice. Customers with questions regarding medical procedures, metal sensitivities, allergies, pregnancy, or other health considerations should consult an appropriate healthcare professional before receiving permanent jewelry.
minors
Services for minors may require the presence or consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Parents and guardians are responsible for determining whether permanent jewelry is appropriate for their child.
Kids pricing, when offered, applies according to the age requirements and pricing displayed by Braze at the time of service.
pricing
Prices displayed on our website are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change.
Applicable taxes, travel fees, event fees, deposits, shipping charges, or other disclosed charges may be added where appropriate.
Braze will make reasonable efforts to keep website pricing accurate. If an obvious pricing or typographical error occurs, we reserve the right to correct the error, subject to applicable law.

private parties, bridal + events
Private parties, bridal services, pop-ups, and other group events are subject to availability and may have separate booking requirements.

Any event-specific agreement provided by Braze will control if it conflicts with the general terms on this website.
jewelry care + repairs
Customers are responsible for properly caring for their jewelry.
Exposure to chemicals, lotions, perfumes, chlorine, cleaning products, moisture, body oils, or other substances may affect the appearance or longevity of jewelry.
If permanent jewelry breaks, customers may contact Braze to determine whether the piece is eligible for a reweld or resize.
Eligibility for repair or rewelding depends on the condition of the jewelry and other circumstances. Repair or replacement is not guaranteed unless expressly stated by Braze.
boutique + online purchases
When ecommerce becomes available, product descriptions, photographs, sizing information, colors, and other details will be presented as accurately as reasonably possible.
However, colors and appearance may vary depending on screens, lighting, manufacturing, or other factors.
Inventory is subject to availability.
Braze reserves the right to limit quantities or cancel orders when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving inventory errors, suspected fraud, or obvious website errors, subject to applicable law.
For online retail operations, Braze will also be responsible for applicable Pennsylvania sales-tax obligations. Pennsylvania specifically provides requirements for online sellers with a Pennsylvania business presence.
returns, exchanges + cancellations
I would NOT finalize this section for Victoria yet.
Before the shop launches, you need Victoria to give you her actual policies for:
appointment cancellations/no-shows, deposits, permanent jewelry refunds, boutique returns, boutique exchanges, sale/final-sale merchandise, damaged products, shipping, and lost packages.
Once we have those, they should be written here exactly rather than me inventing policies for her.
